Factual corrections
We correct errors of fact. To make that possible, include:
- The full URL of the page.
- The exact statement you believe is wrong — copy and paste it.
- The source that contradicts it, with a link or citation. Peer-reviewed literature, regulatory documents, and official product labeling carry the most weight.
A human editor reviews every correction report. If the point stands, we change the text and add a dated note to the page. If we disagree, we reply and explain why. Either way, you get an answer within three business days.

We are interested in hearing from licensed physicians, pharmacists, and other clinicians who are willing to review drafts for accuracy. Include your credential, your state and license number, and your areas of practice. Reviewed pages carry the reviewer's name and credential.
What we cannot do
- We cannot answer personal medical questions. We do not know your history, your other medications, or your diagnosis, and we are not in a position to advise on any of it.
- We cannot help anyone obtain medication. We do not supply ivermectin, do not refer to sellers, and do not assist with prescriptions or importation.
- We do not sell anything. There is no store, no consultation service, and no product on this site.
If you have a question about whether a drug is right for you, about dosing, or about an interaction with something else you take, speak with a licensed clinician or a pharmacist. A pharmacist will usually answer an interaction question at no charge. If you think you are having a serious reaction to a medication, call your doctor or 911.
